European Association for Safer Coatings Removal (EASCR)

EASCR was founded at the end of January 2006 by a group of leading producers of user-friendly paint stripper and cleaning products in order to close this knowledge gap. The aim of the association is to educate trade and industry, authorities and consumers about the risks associate with working with dichloromethane-based paint strippers and to promote safer alternative products across Europe. The association supports the development of safer dichloromethane-free paint removers and their market introduction in Europe.
