Milestone was founded in 1988 with the mission to provide chemists around the world with advanced microwave platforms on which to accelerate all their sample preparation requirements. With a global installed base of over 15,000 systems covering 70% of Fortune 500 companies, as well as large and small research institutions, universities and laboratories, we are well on the path to achieve our mission. Since our beginning, the breadth of our microwave technology has expanded to include a broad range of techniques, including microwave accelerated digestion, extraction, ashing, and organic synthesis, as well as instrumentation for clean chemistry and mercury analysis.
