Aluminium gallium phosphide



Aluminium gallium phosphide (AlGaP, also GaAlP), a phosphide of aluminium and gallium, is a semiconductor material. It is an alloy of aluminium phosphide and gallium phosphide.

AlGaP is used to manufacture light-emitting diodes emitting green light.
