Project Management in Pharmaceutical Industry - Preparation for leading Positions

Aim of this workshop is mediation of basic and advanced aspects in biotech project management focussed on introduction of new biotechnological and biopharmaceutical products under consideration of current regulatory requirements for its development and production.

In this workshop basics of biotech project management (risk management, production of biopharmaceuticals under GMP conditions) will be interactively trained as well as advanced topics representing day-to-day routine of leading project managers (Lean Management, Contract Manufacturing). A core topic will be managing GMP facilities under theoretical and practical considerations.

Contents of this workshop exhibit current highlights of biopharmaceutical industry and are supposed to deliver advantages to newcomers and lateral shifters from all natural sciences for application and interviews.

A board of experts consisting of leading project managers from biotech industries offer broad experiences to support you in preparation for your new job in leading position in industries. Insights into day-to-day routines of project managers will strengthen your access to pharmaceutical industries. Numerous concepts and advices will facilitate your start in biopharma business, providing you solution strategies for daily problems in biological productions.
