Sales Manager Automotive (male/female)


Your assignment:
- Sales of our products - compounded PP/TPO materials for exteriors & interiors - within EMEA
- Marketing strategy and planning. Forecasting and budgeting
- Market and customer analysis as well as research for product and price positioning
- Acquisition of automotive customers to meet planned expansion goals
- Preparation and supervision of public relations activities (e.g. exhibitions)
- Liaise with OEM’s and Tier Molders, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction


Your profile:
- Degree in Engineering and or Business Administration
- Several years experience in the sales of automotive parts and preferably in the plastics field (e.g. knowledge about the processing of PP/TPO Compounds
- Excellent relationships with key staff at OEMs and Tier Molders in the automotive industry
- Negotiating skills, ability to work in a team
- Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) at all levels within the organization
- Interest to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Business fluent German and English skills, both written and oral
- Unlimited readiness to travel
