Business Process Expert Operations

Job Responsibilities:

• enable business strategy and initiatives
• improve efficiency of business processes
• proactively recommend IM solutions to support the business in such a way that it clearly contributes to the success of this business, like enabling the realization of business opportunities and also helping to solve business issues
• create sound business cases and feasibility studies
• constantly looking for opportunities to improve efficiency of business processes (suggest standardization of business processes, leverage existing business systems across the organization, improve usage of existing business systems)
• deliver business systems to the organization (translation of business requirements into process designs, convertion of process designs into functional specifications)
• assembling of all components of the IM solutions including process adjustments, platforms & interfaces
• organization of post go live support activities

Candidate Requirements:

• University degree in Business for related field of expertise, Software Engineering or Computer Science
• 5 years of operational experience in delivery of business applications in the pharmaceutical industry or a regulated industry (e.g. chemical, food, etc.)
• Very good understanding of the assigned business area
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP ideally)
• good knowledge of (administrative) production processes, especially in cGxP environment
• good knowledge of demand management and ability to deal with senior management
• good knowledge of change management, process modeling and conceptual thinking
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Fluent English, another language is appreciated
