05-18-2009: Quaker Chemical Corporation announced that Michael F. Barry, Chief Executive Officer and President, has been elected as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Barry replaces Ronald J. Naples, who has served as the Corporation's Chairman of the Board since 1997 and stepped down as Chief Executive Officer last October. Mr. Naples remains a member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
