06-18-2009: DyStar acquired the sodium amide business of the Rhodia Group (France) in February 2009, which principally comprises sodium amide formulating technology and the customer base.

The formulation of sodium amide is to be relocated from Rhodia's production location in Norwich, UK, to DyStar's site in Ludwigshafen, Germany, where production is scheduled to start at the end of the 1st quarter 2010.
