08-31-2009: Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP named Tim Hill as the company’s senior vice president, legal and public affairs, general counsel and corporate secretary.
Prior to being named general counsel, Hill had served as assistant general counsel since joining the company in May, 2001. Before coming to Chevron Phillips Chemical, Hill was a founding partner of Glidden Partners LLP and had also served as a participating associate with Beirne, Maynard & Parsons LLP.
Hill earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas A&M University in 1989 and a Jurisprudence Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center in 1992.
