11-02-2009: Tikkurila will change its organization as of January 1, 2010 to reflect the geographical division. The four new strategic business units are East, Finland, Scandinavia and Central Eastern Europe. The following appointments have been made in connection with the new organizational structure:

Strategic Business Units (SBUs) / Senior Vice Presidents:

- East, Janno Paju

- Finland, Arto Lehtinen

- Scandinavia, Niklas Frisk

- Central Eastern Europe, Ilpo Jousimaa.

Group Functions / Group Vice Presidents:

- Business Development, Markku Immonen

- Communications, Susanna Aaltonen

- Finance & Accounting, Jukka Riihimäki

- Group Marketing & Brand Management, Anna-Lena Högfeldt

- Human Resources, Eero Katajavuori

- Information Technology, Jarkko Marjasalo

- Legal, Antti Kiuru

- Research & Development, Kenneth Sundberg

- Strategy Development, Hannamari Kuosa

- Supply Chain, Petri Miettinen.

The above-listed persons will report to Erkki Järvinen, President and CEO of Tikkurila Group.

Tikkurila Management Board will be composed of the following persons: CEO, CFO, Senior Vice Presidents of SBUs, Group Vice Presidents of Supply Chain, R&D, and Legal (secretary).
