Dynetek announces additions to executive management team

Dynetek Industries Ltd. announced that Douglas Pigot has been appointed to the position of Executive Chairman. In this role Mr. Pigot will provide overall leadership and strategic direction to the Company. The Company also announced that Darren Sentner has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Pigot and Mr. Sentner will join Dr. Christian Rasche, President and Chief Executive Officer on the Company's executive management team. Both Dr. Rasche and Mr. Sentner will report directly to Mr. Pigot.

Mr. Pigot joined Dynetek's Board of Directors in March 2009 and was appointed Chairman of the Board in April 2009. Mr. Pigot brings over 35 years experience in banking, finance, capital markets advisory and general management. Prior to joining Dynetek, he was the President of CanBridge Capital Corporation. Previously, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of DC Energy Services Inc. Mr. Pigot holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, is a member of the Society of Management Accountants of Canada and is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers.

Mr. Sentner brings over 16 years of banking, financial and capital markets advisory experience. Prior to joining Dynetek, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Discovery Drilling Equipment Ltd., an international manufacturer with operations based in central Europe. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of DC Energy Services Inc. Mr. Sentner received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of British Columbia in 1993.

The Company has created the position of Vice-Chairman which will be filled by Mr. John Bobenic an independent member of Dynetek's Board of Directors. Mr. Bobenic comments, "The addition of Mr. Pigot and Mr. Sentner to Dynetek's executive management team is another step forward in continuing to capitalize on the significant growth opportunities presented to Dynetek in Asia and Europe."
