Kenya is the hub for East Africa”, he continues, “with an own office in Nairobi, we will be present in a very dynamic part of Africa”.

So far, the Sub-Saharan region has been served by two offices in South Africa which have been founded in 2011. Due to high demand, Bodo Möller Chemie has opened a local office to intensify existing business and to meet customer needs more effectively. The Kenya office will be managed by Philip Kamau. “We are delighted that Mr. Kamau is representing Bodo Möller Chemie in Kenya.”, says Mark Hepburn, Managing Director of Bodo Möller Chemie in South Africa, “It is an exciting role as part of the Sub-Saharan team, which has already made a name for itself for expert and solution-focused distribution". Apart from the Sub-Saharan business the Bodo Möller Chemie Group operates further offices in Morocco and Egypt for covering the Maghreb region. The opening of the new office in Kenya is an important milestone in the company’s geographic expansion in Africa.
