Solvay creates spin-out company eSpheres

Solvay announced it has decided to co-finance the creation of eSpheres, a spin-out company which will offer outsourcing services powered by SAP® software and provide a fully integrated suite of Health Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability information management solutions and consulting services to industries.

eSpheres will help HSE executives in various industries optimize their HSE service delivery through increased operational efficiencies, informed decision making and consistent compliance practices. The new company will support key HSE areas, including product regulatory compliance, product safety, environmental performance, industrial hygiene, employee incident and accident activities, and HSE sustainability performance.
