VTU Engineering is a Great Place to Work
30-03-2012: Within a Gala at the Palladion XXI in Vienna, on Thursday March 15th the organization Great Place to Work announced Austria’s best employers. The award “Austria’s best Employers 2012” was granted to 29 companies, in front of an audience of about 360 guests, Minister for Social Affairs Rudolf Hundstorfer, Minister of Economic Affairs Reinhold Mitterlehner as well as numerous representatives of the economy.
VTU Engineering was awarded as a “Great Place to Work” in the category “50-250 employees”.
The worldwide successful Great Place to Work pattern evaluates the workplace culture using the criterias authenticity, respect, fairness, pride and team spirit. The base forms an anonymous employee survey, where respondents evaluate their companies in 63 criterias. This year 22.210 employees in 74 companies with 55.000 workplaces took part it the survey.
