Eastman increases Tenite Cellulosics Butyrate and Propionate prices on July 01

15-06-2012: Eastman Chemical Company is increasing prices on the following products Jul. 1, or as contracts allow. These increases are due to elevated operating costs, particularly in raw materials.

Tenite™ Butyrate (CAB) : List price increase of $USD 0.07/lb ($USD 0.15/kg) globally. Off-list price increase of $USD 0.07/lb ($USD 0.15/kg) and €EUR 0.12/kg globally.

Tenite™ Butyrate Concentrates, Colors, and Additives : List price increase of $USD 0.07/lb ($USD 0.15/kg) globally. Off-list price increase of $USD 0.07/lb ($USD 0.15/kg) and €EUR 0.12/kg globally.

Tenite™ Propionate (CAP) : List price increase of $USD 0.07/lb ($USD 0.15/kg) globally. Off-list price increase of $USD 0.07/lb ($USD 0.15/kg) and €EUR 0.12/kg globally.
