TRIPLAN absorbs business in Germany for the former TEBODIN Gelsenkirchen

07-09-2012: Upon the signature of the purchase contract, the company TRIPLAN AG has (in the context of an asset deal) absorbed business in Germany for the company TEBODIN B.V., which was formerly part of the TEBODIN Consultants & Engineers GmbH; this is to take effect on September 1, 2012. This transaction is subject to the typical conditions - e.g. approval by antitrust authorities. This absorption brings a major boost to TRIPLAN's project business on the national and international level.
