Endress+Hauser Flowtec AG is expanding its facility in Cernay (France)

Endress+Hauser Flowtec AG has expanded its production center for flowmeters in Cernay, France, yet again. The new facility represents an investment of some 2.5 million euros and the additional space will benefit logistics in particular, with added speed and flexibility for reacting to customer requests. Production capacity, too, has increased, as the company accelerates it magmeter output in step with the latest in a long line of increases in demand. The additional 1800 square meters bring total effective floorspace up to 15,200 m2. Endress+Hauser Flowtec AG employs 225 people at the Cernay plant, where another 25 work for Indap AG, the Swiss supplier of measuring tubes that has integrated its production capacity into the Cernay workflow.
