04-28-2005: Zeon is expanding into South America with the opening of its newest sales office in São Paulo, Brazil. Zeon do Brasil Ltda. will handle distribution of all elastomers products effective immediately.

"Our intention is to be located close to our customers in order to provide better service through communicating directly with them, rather than communicating through an agent or intermediary. The new sales office strengthens and maintains relationships with our South American customers, as well as opens the door for future customers," said Tony Luft, Director of Sales.

Claudia deSouza is General Manager of Zeon do Brasil Ltda. and is excited to help Zeon expand its sales market area. She has been involved with Zeon for the last six years, and has worked within the rubber industry since 1985.
