09-06-2005: The Supervisory Board of Sartorius AG resolved at its latest meeting to base the existing compensation system for the Executive Board even more closely on the requirements of the German Corporate Governance Codex. With effect as of the financial year 2005, the former variable compensation component based on the share price will no longer be computed according to the annual share price development, but rather on the basis of several years in line with sophisticated capital market benchmarking standards.
