02-23-2007: Chemetall PLC has announced the acquisition of the chemical division business from Wirral Fospray Limited, Hawarden, North Wales.
The business will be integrated into Chemetall PLC, and shall strengthen Chemetall's position in metal surface treatments, especially in the aluminium finishing market and particularly in the UK, Ireland and the Middle East.
