Featuring revolutionary new technology, the Monowave 300 microwave synthesis reactor provides unrivaled reliability and the most extended operation limits for method development and optimization. The highest field density available and operation conditions up to 300 °C and 30 bar allow for investigations of completely new reaction pathways. Impressive heating rates even at the maximum filling volume make laborious re-optimization steps obsolete, thus increasing the efficiency of microwave synthesis methods.

Four vial types provide scale-up with a possible 40-fold volume increase from 0.5 to 20 mL in the individual vials.

Any Monowave 300 can easily be upgraded for automation with the autosampler unit MAS 24. This accessory provides reliable unattended sequential operation of your microwave syntheses. Up to 24 vials of various sizes can be queued and processed comfortably in three different carousel types. As autosampler MAS 24 is placed on top of Monowave 300, the automation upgrade does not require any additional lab space.

With an IR sensor and a pressure sensor integrated in the cavity cover, knowledge of all important reaction parameters is supplied at all times. Simultaneous temperature sensing with a Plug and Play immersing ruby thermometer provides the utmost accuracy in reaction control.

The intuitive touchscreen user interface provides quick and easy method programming, on-the-fly parameter changes and the in-situ generation of experimental reports. USB or Ethernet connection allows immediate printing of reports and reaction results on local or network printers.

This entire package with significant expansion of the limits paves the way for previously undiscovered reaction routes in academic and industrial research, making Monowave 300 a valuable tool for investigative and innovative modern science.
