Every chemical produced or imported and shipped within Europe must be labeled with  color codes according to a harmonized classification of hazardous chemicals. This harmonized labeling is intended to increase efficiency in packaging and shipping logistics and to prevent accidents by making toxic chemical packaging understood by speakers of every language. To comply, all chemical producers and importers of chemicals are responsible for packaging chemicals with color-coded labels so that labels can be understood by speakers of any language. Chemical labels must have at least two colors.

QuickLabel Systems offers a range of color-labelprinters that allows chemical manufacturers and distributors to quickly print labels in at least any two colors. In total up to 4 color and mixing colors are possible. Depending on the system it can be integrated into the production line or work stand alone. The control of the printers will usually be done with existing software package trough a windows driver or by host protokoll.
