Morphologi 4 Range - Automated Imaging for Advanced Particle Characterization

Morphological imaging for you

The integrated dry powder disperser makes preparing dry powder samples easy and reproducible.

Malvern Panalytical Morphologi 4 for easy, reproducible, automated sample dispersion

With the Morphologi 4 range a precise amount of sample is dispersed automatically for reproducible dispersions every time.

The Morphologi captures images of individual particles by scanning the sample underneath the microscope optics.

Morphological imaging is fast becoming an essential technology in the laboratory toolkit for particle characterization.  The Morphologi 4 is a fully automated static image analysis system which provides a complete detailed description of the morphological properties of particulate materials.

The Morphologi 4-ID combines the same automated static image analysis with Raman spectroscopy in a single, integrated platform, providing component-specific morphological descriptions of chemical species within a blend.

Providing automated, rapid, and component-specific morphological information, Morphologi instruments are employed to solve formulation and deformulation challenges, optimize material properties, and create confidence throughout development and manufacturing. These systems enable process control and optimization and provide quick identification of the cause of process deviations.

Morphologi 4

Morphologi 4 provides detailed morphological descriptions of particulate samples through static image analysis, enabling a greater understanding of both sample and process.  It can equally be used as an R&D tool to investigate challenging applications and in automated QC analysis where generation of robust, user-independent results and validation are required.
