ESE-Log a high performance fluorescence detector - highly sensitive, compact and versatile

The detector is highly sensitive. Detection limit is 10^-12 mol/l Fluorescein in solution, measured in 500μl PCR-Tubes. Due to its lack of moving parts, low operating voltage (5V DC) and confocal optics, the detector can quickly be integrated into various measurement processes. Direct measurement of liquids or solids can be easily carried out using a small measurement window.

The detector has a solid housing which can be mounted to standard optical benches like LINOS or Thorlabs. In connection with a range of accessories this unique detector is an ideal measurement tool for laboratory tests. Via its integrated USB or RS485 interface the detector can be connected to a PC. No additional control units are necessary. To evaluate the data a software tool provided by ESE can be used, or for more detailed evaluations a connection to labVIEW can be established.

The compact and robust ESE-Log module contains a complete fluorescence measurement device: precise micro optics, powerful excitation light sources, highly sensitive sensors and microprocessor controlled electronics.
