Motor-driven metering pumps with multi-layer safety diaphragm

Safety as standard - not at a surcharge

Sigma/ 2 Diaphragm Metering Pump (Controltype)

The entire Sigma motor-driven metering pump product range has been fundamentally revised and equipped with intelligent features to provide a high level of operating convenience, safety and efficiency.

All Sigma pumps now come as standard with a multi-layer safety diaphragm, a removable operating unit, metering profiles and internal overload cut-off: enhanced performance from an excellent value-for-money unit.

  • New: Removable operating unit (HMI) for maximum operating convenience
The mobile operating unit offers additional operating convenience in day to day use, ensuring that the metering pump can be quickly and easily adapted to any specific application.
  • New: Internal overload switch for reliable pump protection
The new product range has an energy consumption control that electronically switches the pump off when it exceeds a defined tolerance range, guaranteeing maximum safety for your investment!
  • New: Metering profiles for optimum metering results
The pump's metering behaviour can be adapted to the special features of the chemical or application to produce an optimum metering result. The speed of the drives can be varied in the new product range, permitting intelligent movement control to save energy and support any application perfectly.
  • New: Energy-optimised motor control for enhanced efficiency
The new Sigma is the only pump to record motion and velocity profiles in conjunction with energy consumption, using integral software that controls the motor electronically. Overall this generates energy savings of over 15% at full load, and savings of up to 30% when operated at half-load and two-thirds load.
