Vibranivo^®
Depending on the requirements of the application, Vibranivo probes can be used as full, empty or demand indicators within silos.

They are particularly suitable for use within fine-grained and powdery materials.

Vibranivo^® 1000 - Reliable in heavy duty areas
The device offers a short fork with a small surface area which thus generates low torque. It is therefore ideal for applications with high mechanical stresses. In addition, it is suitable for installation within down pipes and the fork is designed to prevent bridging of the material.

Vibranivo^® 2000 - Measurement of very light materials:
This device has a long fork and accurately measures very light materials such as amorphous silica (Aerosil). A unique feature is the surface roughness of the forks of just 0.75 microns. Thus, the probes of the standard devices are extremely smooth and fully comply with the specific requirements that are imposed on medical devices. This design prevents build-up and attachment of microbes and also facilitates any necessary sterilisation of the equipment.

Vibrasil^® - Level measurement in silica
There are specific requirements in terms of sensitivity in the measurement technique for the level measurement of silica. The material can change its behaviour (its bulk density) during emptying, dosing, conveying, etc.. At rest, silica has a density of 30-150 g / l. However when fluidised, the material takes on the properties and appearance of a turbulent cloud.

Through extensive research and development at UWT, the device has been engineered to detect the switching point in this difficult environment despite the very low damping of the fork’s probe, and delivers a reliable level limit

Depending on the specific application, there are two models available: Vibrasil 70 and Vibrasil 90 from the VIBRANIVO product line complete with PFA-coated extension. The sensitivity of the Vibrasil range is <5 g / l.
