Ritmo 05 - Elegance and simplicity of metering

Ritmo 05 Metering Pumps are specialized, high precision Metering Pumps for laboratories, process optimization, research and development and also for the industrial application for micro quantity metering.

This is a combination of high value full PTFE design with positive-controlled valve technology and stepping motor drive for variable membrane movement. The ultimate chemical resistance of PTFE enables the application of R05 Metering Pumps for nearly all aggressive fluids, gases or solvents with high vapour pressure. R05-Pumps are fundamentally self suctioning and vacuum capable via the positive-controlled valves. Pulsating fluid flows are smoothed out with the stepping motor control.

Additionally, clearly arranged keys allow a sensational functionality, i.e. fast filling or draining, swilling, return or sterilization of the pump head. The return function enables aggressive fluid or product melt remains to be returned from the metering system or complete equipment to the storage vessel.

The clean function allows opening of both valves for thorough swilling of the metering passage from the storage vessel to the reaction receptacle without removing the metering pump from the system.

There are 6 installation sizes enabling a metering range from 3µl/min to 250 ml/min. Each pump type is configured for an extreme wide selection range from 1:1000. It is therefore not necessary to change pump heads or purchase of 2 pumps for various metering processes.

In the extended version the metering pumps can be fitted with heated or cooled pump heads and external heated and double jacket tubes as a complex process reliable system solution.

In the latest developments on the basis of flexible, positive-controlled valve technology there are 2 absolute world premiers that extend the application possibilities of the Ritmo-05 Pumps. The operator in the research process optimisation is now supported with such a system technical or qualitative implementation that was as yet not available.

World Premier - Membrane Metering Pumps in Master/Slave interlacing for absolute synchronous and quantity proportional metering of several fluids or gasses or mixing processes. There are neither chronological nor quantity misalignment during a process. The exploitation of a reaction can exact optimized or the mixing process ideally controlled.

World Premier - Membrane Metering Pumps with more than 2 valves as so called Multi-channel Metering Pumps for sample extractions, recycling graduation or multi-metering. Each valve can be controlled in dependence of the process. Samples can be discharged without releasing the pressure or vacuum side. Substance flows can be divided in any proportionality, partial flows of a process returned or subsequent process stage delivered.
