Abstract
Quaternary tetragonal Cu2FeSnS4 nanocrystals are prepared by injecting a solution of elemental sulfur in oleylamine into an oleylamine solution containing Cu(acac)2, Fe(acac)2, and SnCl2 at 280 °C.
