Kontinuierliche Synthese und Aufreinigung durch direkte Kopplung eines Durchflussreaktors mit “Simulated‐Moving‐Bed”‐ Chromatographie

Kontinuierliche Synthese trifft auf kontinuierliche Aufreinigung, um reine Produkte aus Reaktionsmischungen zu isolieren. Durch Koppeln eines Flussreaktors mit einem Chromatographiemodul kann in der nucleophilen aromatischen Substitution von 2,4‐Difluornitrobenzol mit Morpholin als Beispielreaktion ein Monosubstitutionsprodukt kontinuierlich und in reiner Form produziert werden.
