Cambrex Corporation Pursues Strategic Alternatives for Rutherford Chemicals

18 Dec 2002 - Cambrex Corporation announced today that it has engaged Banc of America Securities LLC as financial advisor to assist the Company in investigating strategic alternatives for its Rutherford Chemicals business segment. This engagement supports Cambrex' strategic objective of transitioning from a specialty and fine chemicals company to a leading life sciences company serving the human health industry.
