Dionex Acquires Swift Monolithic LC Media Technology from Teledyne Isco, Inc.

30 Aug 2005 - Dionex Corporation announced the acquisition of the SWIFT(TM) monolithic liquid chromatography media products, intellectual property, technology and other related assets from Teledyne Isco, Inc. (a subsidiary of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated) in an all-cash transaction.
 
This deal expands and strengthens Dionex' leading polymer bead-based separation media technology platform for ion chromatography and HPLC, and enables the Company to enter new liquid chromatography applications in nano-, capillary-, analytical- and preparative flow formats.
