Pall and Zeta Sign Agreement for Automated Process Solutions in Fermenters and Downstream Processing

15 May 2006 - Pall Corporation and zeta Holding GmbH announced that they have entered into an agreement to collaborate in the use of specific automation software and development, supply and marketing of equipment packages for fermentation, recovery and purification of biotech products.
 
Under the terms of the agreement, software codes, which are developed and owned by zeta automation and currently used in its range of fermenters, may be used also in conjunction with Pall's range of filtration, ultrafiltration and chromatography systems. The companies also agree to develop, co-market and distribute integrated product lines for laboratory and pilot-scale systems with common user interfaces and data acquisition. Each company may also continue to offer its products independently.
