NEI Corporation completes buildout of its US manufacturing facitliy
Company completes new state-of-the-art facility with production capacity of 200 tons of nanomaterial products

22 Jan 2007 - NEI Corporation recently completed the first phase of its manufacturing facility in Somerset, New Jersey. The 9,200 square foot facility is configured to produce up to 200 tons of its patented Nanomyte(TM) line of additives for polymer coatings, and other specialty nanomaterials. The facility also houses R&D operations and material testing and characterization functions.
 
"Completion of this phase of our manufacturing capacity is special to us because it was driven by market demand", company CEO Dr. Ganesh Skandan announced. "Our customers have confidence in our capability to meet their materials supply requirements."
 
In addition, the company is currently planning for the next phase of plant expansion with an ultimate goal of producing more than 1,000 tons annually.
