3E Company Acquires HSE Systems

06 Jun 2007 - 3E Company(r), provider of environmental health and safety (EH&S) compliance and information management services, announced that it has acquired HSE Systems, the developer of MSDgen, an enterprise solution for authoring and distributing material safety data sheets (MSDS) and labels. 3E Company will now feature HSE Systems' MSDgen authoring tool among its compliance solutions.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. HSE Systems will continue to operate from its Massillon, Ohio site as part of 3E Company.
