Changes in the Board of Management of Heraeus Holding GmbH06 Jun 2007 -
Dr. Helmut Eschwey, Chairman of the Board of Management, will resign from the Board of Management by end of his official term next year August 31, 2008.
Dr. Frank Heinricht, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Management, will succeed him on September 1, 2008 as new Chairman of the Board of Management. Mr. Jan Rinnert, Managing Director of Heraeus Kulzer GmbH, will become a member of the Board of Management effective August 1, 2007 and will succeed Dr. Dieter Truxius as Chief Financial Officer, who will leave the company by the end of this year after handing over his responsibilities to Mr. Rinnert.
