3E Company Acquires MSDS Solutions
Combined company poised to transform vendor MSDS management with solution for full market spectrum

22 Aug 2007 - 3E Company(r), provider of environmental health and safety (EH&S) compliance and information management services, announced that it has acquired MSDS Solutions, provider of Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and EH&S management products and services. The acquisition shall further strengthen 3E Company's role in the MSDS management market, while providing additional opportunities for market expansion and globalization.
 
MSDS Solutions brings a powerful combination of technology and subscription-based ASP business model to the acquisition. With one of the leading MSDS document management operations in the industry, MSDS Solutions offers 3E Company a robust set of innovative technology, efficient tools and processes, and a highly qualified workforce. The combined company will boast a vast range of products and services, including a comprehensive global MSDS management solution, to meet the MSDS and chemical management needs of companies of all sizes and industries. MSDS Solutions' multilingual technology and workforce shall help 3E Company further expand its global presence.
 
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. MSDS Solutions will continue to operate from its facilities in Montreal, QC, Canada as 3E Company Canada.
