Merck: Personnel Change on the Supervisory Board10 Dec 2007 -
Merck KGaA announced that Heiner Wilhelm (53) has become a member of the Supervisory Board representing the employees.
Wilhelm is succeeding Flavio Battisti, who has retired. Wilhelm was elected as a replacement member during the most recent Supervisory Board elections. On July 1, he replaced Battisti as Chairman of the Works Council and the Group Works Council.
