Perstorp increases price for Capa Caprolactone monomer and Polycaprolactones22 Apr 2008 -
Specialty chemicals company, Perstorp, announces price increase on its Capa range of Caprolactone monomer and Polycaprolactones.
Effective May 15th, 2008, Perstorp will increase the price for Capa on overseas markets by USD 330/MT. Effective June 1st, 2008, Perstorp will increase the price for Capa in Europe by EUR 100/MT. Prices are being increased due to higher cost of operation mainly related to raw materials, energy and logistics, and in order to restore margins to levels that can justify reinvestment.
