Chemetall acquires Nalco Finishing Technologies

05 Aug 2008 - Chemetall-Group has acquired Nalco's Finishing Technologies (FT) business with a turnover of 50 million USD, mainly in North America.

 
By enhancing Chemetall's Surface Treatment (ST) product and service line for the processing of metals, Chemetall becomes the second largest producer of Surface Treatment chemicals in the NAFTA region, according to the company. The agreement was signed on July 25, 2008 and is subject to regulatory approval.
