Elegance, functionality, practicality
Non-compromising ergonomic design and manufactured from robust stainless steel , the Nuevo brings elegance with power and ease of use and control through it’s programmable TFT Touch Screen user interface with graphical screen and a self optimizing cascade (and internal) controller (TAC) which offers linear or non-linear ramping functions. Pump pressure is also controlled (VPC) via an internal pressure sensor or (optional) external sensor.

Hydraulically sealed, the Tango Principle
The Hydraulically sealed HTF system is a Huber established and refined feature. No valves, reservoirs, tanks or baths. Thermal expansion of the HTF in the external circuit happens in the in-built expansion vessel. Thermally insulated but mechanically connected, the fluid level rises and falls but remains around room temperature during normal operation. No vapours, no oil cracking, no moisture absorption.

Simple to operate, repeatable results
The Third Generation of sealed thermostats from Huber has evolved into the perfectly bred machine benefiting from 16-years experience, operational success, modern materials and techniques. Though full functions can be easily accessed via the Encoder/Touch-screen/Hot keys, an administrator level allows limited access options.

Versitile and open comms
The removable Namur standard ComBox offers RS232, RS485, and analogue (4-20mA) interfaces. Comprehensive on-line diagnosis is also available as is WLAN communication options.

Tight control and predictable performance
Our expertise is in Temperature Control. That requires highly efficient thermal transfer techniques leading to the ability to rapidly ramp temperature (within your specified safety limits) or hold and maintain a specific set-point. From -120°C up to 250°C and cooling powers from 0.6Kw up to 130kW @ 0°C and 24kW @ -60°C, the technique and user interface remain the same. Real-time process temperatures can be monitored on the graphic display. Temperature as well as HTF pressure (internal or cascade) can be controlled giving maximum performance under all conditions within the pressure limits of the application. Powerful yet simple to use software can be used to control or simply monitor the temperature of the process as well as provide in depth diagnostics via “Spylight”, “Spywatch” and “SpyControl” software.
