The most flexible and versatile measuring system for Simultaneous Thermal Analysis
|
|
|
With the introduction of the new STA 449
F1 Jupiter®, NETZSCH is again setting new standards. Unlimited configurational flexibility and unmatched performance are the foundations for a great variety of application possibilities in the fields of ceramics, metals, plastics, and composites over a broad temperature range (-150...2000°C).
The characterization, identification and differentiation of material properties by Simultaneous Thermal Analysis (Thermogravimetric Analysis and Differential Scanning Calorimetry combined in a single instrument)
The new NETZSCH STA 449
F1 Jupiter® - Simultaneous Thermal Analyzer (TG-DSC) for
- Determination of structural changes and reactivity of ceramics, metals and organic materials
- Analysis of gas evolution from raw materials and finished products
- Characterization of materials for superconductors, fuel cells, hydrogen storage and nanotechnology
|
The new STA 449
F1 Jupiter® combines unlimited configurational flexibility and unmatched performance in just one instrument.
- Unique for STA: temperature-modulated DSC (TM-DSC)
- Easy-to-use top-loading system with exceptionally precise balance resolution (25 ng resolution at a weighing range of 5g) and highest long-term stability
- Interchangeable sensors for DSC measurements with the highest sensitivity and best reproducibility for reaction/transition temperatures and enthalpies as well as for measurements of specific heat
- A variety of optional system enhancements for ideal system adaptation to customer-specific applications
- Various furnaces available, easily interchangeable by the user (optional swiveling double hoisting device for two furnaces)
- Pluggable sample carriers (TG, TG-DSC, TG-DTA, etc.)
- Automatic Sample Changer (ASC) for up to 20 samples
- Automatic evacuation and refilling (AutoVac)
- Plenty of accessories, e.g. sample crucibles in the most varied of forms and materials
|
By means of supplementary MS and/or FTIR coupling, even more comprehensive analyses can be carried out. The new STA 449
F1 Jupiter® is your ideal tool for the thermal analysis of materials in research, development and quality assurance.
