The Right Vacuum Fully Automatically
The versatile new vacuum controller - intuitive to use, fully electronic and presets for many common applications

For many applications in the laboratory such as drying processes, distillation or sample concentration, chemistry diaphragm pumps in combination with electronic vacuum regulation provide the optimal solution, especially if simultaneous fast and careful evaporation is needed.

Users desire on the one hand fully automatic vacuum control with high process safety, whilst on the other hand, in addition, the possibility of creative manual processing. The new, intuitively operated vacuum Controller CVC 3000 fulfils all of these criteria. It supports vacuum processes through demand oriented control of vacuum pumps, vacuum and cooling water valves and is configured automatically via component recognition.

VACUUBRAND has made this possible for the very first time by using VACUU•BUS bus control and also prevents the confusion of having different cable terminations by using uniform patch cables. The LCD graphics with analogue and digital display fulfils the highest requirements. The controller provides all regulation functions up to and including fully automatic control of VACUUBRAND VARIO-NT diaphragm pumps. Additionally, for safe and reproducible working with complex applications, up to 10 complete process cycles can be user programmed. This new instrumentation standard is completed by the reliable absolute pressure measurement achieved from an integrated sensor made from highly stable alumina ceramic(s) for outstanding accuracy.
