The Ultimate 3000 Rapid Separation LC (RSLC) system offers excellent resolving power and fast separations. With a very wide flow rate range, the system provides the highest application flexibility. The main approach to significantly shorten run times is to use columns packed with small particles. These provide the high separation efficiency necessary to resolve all peaks of interest and, at the same time, run at higher flow rates for increased throughput. In addition, smaller column dimensions are used for higher sensitivity and lower solvent consumption.
These benefits are realized with the UltiMate 3000 RSLC system in combination with Acclaim RSLC columns with 3 µm particles.
