With eralytics' latest innovation, the state-of-the-art temperature-controlled U-tube density meter module DENS4052 (patent pending), ERASPEC is again expanding the horizon of portable fuel testing.

In combination with this integrated ultra-light (< 1 kg!) density meter module DENS4052, offering density measurements in full compliance with ASTM D4052 & ISO 12185 (r = 0.0001 g/cm3), ERASPEC can measure density, benzene and FAME in full compliance with international fuel specifications, like ASTM D4814, EN228 and EN590. In its standard version ERASPEC is now equipped with eralytics new DENS7777 U-tube density module that is also temperature-controlled and measures in full compliance with ASTM D7777 & ISO 15212 (r = 0.0005 g/cm3).

With these new temperature-controlled density meter modules ERASPEC delivers even more accurate results for most important fuel parameters. Only by pushing a button, ERASPEC delivers over 100 fuel parameters such as benzene, oxygenates and aromatics or even complex properties like octane and cetane numbers and distillation properties within a few seconds. ERASPEC analyzes also 0-100 Vol% Biodiesel/FAME and vegetable oil in diesel fuel in full compliance with ASTM D7806 and EN14078. The measurement procedure doesn't require any consumables.

Fast and easy Measurement in a few seconds

ERASPEC allows comprehensive fuel analysis directly from the measured IR spectrum. Only at the push of a button ERASPEC delivers over 40 fuel parameters such as oxygenate concentrations or even complex properties like RON and MON within a few seconds from the measured IR spectrum. The measurement procedure itself is easily done, each step is visualized on the display. In not more than 60 seconds the measurement is completed, results can be printed, stored or added to a library.

Easily expandable libraries

ERASPEC can calculate complex properties such as RON, MON, distillation points of the analyzed fuels and results are promptly available. For that task ERASPEC comes with preinstalled libraries. Depending on customer requirements these libraries are very easily and comfortably expandable by the user. The added data is ready for the next measurement improving the measurement results immediately. No complex and time-consuming recalculations are necessary.

On-Site Identification of Gasoline Contamination

ERASPEC is used for measurements at pipeline terminals, refineries and blending stations but also in high-tech fuel analysis. With the Gasoline Contamination Module, you can identify the most common contaminations of gasoline, so among others governmental bodies use ERASPEC directly at the gas stations to test the fuel quality fighting fuel adulteration fraud.

User-friendly Software with direct LIMS Communication

The measurement procedure is done with the very user-friendly software directly on the instrument touchscreen. Only by the push of a button all relevant results are available within seconds. There is no extra software or PC necessary as ERASPEC comes with a direct out-of-the-box connection to LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System). Firm- and Software updates are installed simply by connecting a USB stick with the update files and starting the instrument.
