SONOREX: Optimal preparation of sample material

Ultrasonic baths are used in the laboratory routine for optimal homogenisation of samples as well as intensive cleaning of laboratory glassware. Mechanically pre-comminuted samples, e.g. from food technology, are transferred into a highly homogeneous suspension by means of ultrasonic cavitation.

Sparkling samples from beverage production can be quickly degassed by ultrasound and thus prepared for the subsequent analysis of density, alcohol content, original wort and degree of fermentation. The ultrasonic baths combined with a suitable TICKOPUR ultrasonic cleaning agent can be of additional benefit for cleaning laboratory glassware, test sieves and equipment. SONOREX ultrasonic baths are available with an oscillation tank capacity of 0.9 to 90 liters and are supplemented by a comprehensive range of accessories consisting of insert baskets, laboratory flask holders, shaking device and other useful tools for everyday laboratory use.
