Regular control of production and all raw materials is an important process in all industries. Sampling is an indispensable instrument for assuring the quality of the manufactured products.
The choice of the right sampler is subject to many different selection criteria. It depends on the material of the sampler as well as the type of sampling, the container or location from which the sample is taken and the frequency with which samples have to be taken. Bürkle samplers are made of inert materials from which no material can dissolve and which cannot react with other substances and thus contaminate the sample. They are quick and easy to clean and can usually also be sterilised. Sterile-packed disposable samplers are often recommended.
After collection, a sample must be packed ready for transport. Clean sample containers attached directly to the sampler are ideal. The sample does not come into contact with the environment and is at the same time packed ready for transport.
