GPC-IR is a fully-automated, high-temperature Gel Permeation Chromatography/Size Exclusion Chromatography, with highly sensitive Infrared detection for Molecular Weight and Chemical Composition analysis of polyolefins, all in one system. This multi-detector GPC is specialized in the analysis of polyolefins, and obtains a simultaneous analysis of concentration and short-chain branching data for the full characterization of polymers such as HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, EP copolymers, EVA, EBA and other complex polymers. Data processing and analysis are simple thanks to the powerful One Software, a comprehensive calculations software that integrates all the detectors’ signals in one platform. Full Automation: GPC-IR performs all the sample preparation steps in an automated manner, including vial filling with solvent and filtering of fillers and gels. The user doesn't handle solvents or transfers vials. GPC-IR also implements a Sample Care protocol to avoid sample degradation during the dissolution and analytical cycle.
