Supersäuren basierend auf Pentafluoroorthotelluraten des Aluminiums

Neue Teammitglieder in der Liga der außergewöhnlichen Supersäuren – die Brønsted‐Supersäure H[Al(OTeF5)4] und die Lewis‐Supersäure „Al(OTeF5)3” – wurden ausgehend von AlEt3 und HOTeF5 hergestellt. In ihrer Zuschrift (DOI: 10.1002/ange.201702807) beschreiben S. Riedel und Mitarbeiter die Synthese und Kristallisation von fünf Salzen des schwach koordinierenden Anions [Al(OTeF5)4], das hier im Scheinwerferlicht steht, unter Verwendung von H[Al(OTeF5)4].
