Classification of leak locating systems

Generalized information on gas analytical tightness control methods realizing the principle of a probe is given. Leak locating systems (LLSs) are analyzed by partitioning them into functional modules, including a block of product pressurization by a test fluid, a block for the formation of a test gas leak concentration field, a block of probe scanning, a block of sampling for analyses, a block for transporting an analyzed sample to a leak detector, and blocks for the primary and secondary processing of defectoscopic information.
