However, sampling, separation and detection are just the beginning – resulting datasets must be reduced to discover significant differences and allow meaningful conclusions to be drawn. We demonstrate a new chemometrics platform to align complex chromatograms and extract maximum useable information in end-to-end automated, untargeted workflows.
